I went to this location in July of 2018 to see Dr. Vrable and was excited for this appointment as I’ve read great reviews. I arrived on time and was asked to sign in, pay, etc. the usual. I waited 40 minutes to get pulled into do a drug test, I waited in the room for 20 minutes and spoke to him for about 5 minutes and he left me with “okay well go do an MRI and we will talk once I get the results.”
His charismatic personality was heard in the hallways and other patient rooms but the moment he walked into mine he lost any and all interest in helping or being kind. So as for Dr. vrable, he has zero bedside manner.
Now as for their billing department... 6 months later to the date, I got hit with a $395 bill for that drug test because they never contacted my insurance for it prior to giving it to me, aka my insurance denied the claim and sent them a detailed note that it had to have prior authorization from them.
So bottom line; do not go here, it’s a pill mill (I could tell by the shear amount of people waiting in the room), and you’ll be stuck paying for a specialist co-pay to be seen for 5-10 minutes. Plus who knows if their billing department will check what they can and cannot do without authorization and you’ll get hit with a $395 bill.
