Trivantage

They told me over the phone they had the supplies I needed, when i got there they looked at me through the door and didn’t get up to unlock and let me in, then I went around back and they guy said he couldn’t help me and I would have to place an order over the phone. Then I was told i had to have a company to purchase though! It would have been nice that they told me that prior to me driving an hour down here.

Wanted to set up a business account here as I was tired of paying retail for marine canvas. Submitted all the information that was requested and told that someone would contact me by end of next business day to gather tax exemption, federal EIN, etc. Nothing. If you own a business then you know that nothing is worse than working with a company that you can't get a hold of. Fortunately I was able to get an account elsewhere and have the fabric delivered before Trivantage even responded to my request. On the bright side, I know who not to deal with in the future.
