BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Over price. They look at me as if I was going to steal something. When shopping, I expect good customer service. Like to be acknowledged, not ignored. If I have a question, please answer it nicely, don't be rude. A retail business should be very careful with the quality of service they give to their customers. When a negative review is given, take it as a constructive criticism, learn from it. Yes, I visited 3 other fabric stores today, only one was extremely attentive an avery way, they were helpful, answer all my questions, didn't have a problem when I touch the fabric, etc. etc. In the future they definitely will get my business. Remember: the customers is always right.

This store allows me to really look for great poly cotton fabrics for my projects and events. They have wonderful customer service. Oty and Kathy are always attentive and always suggest really amazing ideas and their fabrics are very affordable compared to other places like hobby lobby and Joann fabrics. A great fabric shop to shop at.

The women on the counter is extremely racist. I went in with my mother to buy some fabrics and she refused to even talk to us because we were talking in Spanish. She then went on a rant on how immigrant are the worse even tho her parents are Cuban. The product may be good but the workers arent.
