It's just that they need a job, and therefore, they MUST LIE through the whole process, in order to fool customer about airtime they know will not work, and for which a refund will be probably close to impossible. Except in this case, I am writing a letter to the CEO Joe Magnaca, another thief (until he reads this, analyzes this, reviews my 29 calls and/or visits to the store, discusses with the 6 supervisor I spoke to on Boostmobile (another gang of thieves), and Radioshack, and verifies that Radioshack dropped to ball, and therefore, MUST PAY BACK AND REFUND ME MY 69.55. There's a reason why a stock does so terribly bad: its core philosophy and it fraudulent and misleading business practices. So, in other words, Radioshack equals Junk! Well, you do get what you pay for, or rather, you do get what you are worth. Not a good idea to do business with these thieves. I tell you: you will lose your money and they DO NOT stand by any warranties. If they did, they would have done what any decent company would have done: refund me my money for the airtime I was never able to use because we had no internet access--which we reported it a million times, and is well documented--and delayed texting service, and serious "breakage" or "breaking" in the continuity of airtime, that is, calls getting dropped everywhere, constantly. Well, we did walk into a Radioshack. Do yourself a favor: DO NOT WALK INTO A RADIOSHACK! EVER AGAIN!
