Customer service at this location leaves a lot to be desired. Im a regular customer for my family if the pharmacy. When I arrived at the site today, I realized I did not have with me my receipt for a hair product I had purchased there and wanted to exchange. (hair color). I explained to the female cashier that I just needed to change brands. She said no and that it would have to be the manager but she was busy in the back unloading a truck. I asked if there was another person in her place to make decisions. She said no and would not offer to call her upfront. When I asked her to please call the manager, she said that the manager would not be coming up. She finally called her and the answer was to just give me a refund for Half of the money I had paidThis is beyond unacceptable and I will never shop here again.
As I was walking out of the store from the pharmacy I see the manager walking around doing nothing. Never was interested in helping me or anyone else.
