Kathy really eased my nerves about leaving our two cats while she stayed four overnights with them. We had not left on vacation for at least a year and a half due to COVID, so they were used to us being home a lot. Both our girls warmed up to Kathy right away. The daily photos/videos and updates are professional and fantastic. Every routine and suggestion was followed perfectly. Kathy is truly an animal whisperer and a people person too. We highly recommend Golden Tails!

Beni was so well taken care of and the morning and evening journals were very helpful and comforting! We are thankful for the family making this new expereince easy and look forward to the next time! We know he will have a comfy home to be in while we are away.

Golden Tails is quite literally the best dog care service I have ever used and had the pleasure of leaving my babies with. We have two big boxers and a small Maltese with quite the personalities, but Golden tails knows exactly how to care for each one perfectly. They always communicate the best they can, arrive on time and give incredibly detailed messages of their visits. I know I can trust them to always care for my babies!

I am so happy I found Katherine and her company! I had a trip planned to go see my family up north and my regular dog sitter wasn't available. The moment I contacted Katherine she was so eager to learn all about my dog Lyka. She asked a few questions to get to know her such as what does her daily routine look like, feeding and what portions, but the moment she asked me what is the most important thing you're looking for when looking for pet care I was hooked! It really showed me she cared and I felt valued. She came over my house met us and I was so at peace! Lyka and her have a very strong bond now and I wouldn't change her for the world! It’s great to be able to go on vacation and know that your dog is happy and being taken care of by Katherine and her dad Douglas. He goes right into there house like he is at home…very satisfied customer…
