If I could give less than 1 star I would .
I went in for an appointment at 3pm and ended up being seen at 6pm at which point it was too late for me. The doctor barely saw my ear and told me to come back in 1 week ... 1 week later it looked like it was going to be the same thing .... But this time I didn't wait the 3 hours and changed my doctor . They charged me/ insurance for ear cleaning procedure ? When it use to be included in the consultation ? Atleast I thought so . I ended up paying so much for the worst service and experience and when I could have payed less and wasted less time in an urgent care . Avoid going here there are better ENTS out there with less wait time , customer service and Bill you to help you .
