Worst Peds experience of my life !
My Autistic Daughter was assigned to this doctor. We went for a well check. 2 weeks later her speech evaluation was due for renewal. The Therapist sent the doctor the forms and they refused to sign it without seeing my child again. We spend 3 hours in the waiting room again just to sign the evaluation. On our turn the doctors tells us she's licensed to sign the evaluation and they would do it tomorrow and fax it straight to the therapy place. It has been a month since then I call every other day asking to get the evaluation but every time someone's not there. They also refused to sign her PT form until she gets evaluated by neurologist which takes 6 months for an appointment (the unlicensed doctor did not tell us this during the appointment). Now I'm stuck talking to the receptionist whos only answer to me is I'm not the one doing it, ill have them call you. No one has called me in a month, every time I call they are away, out to lunch, or can only take a message. My child has missed therapy for over a month because this office only cares about patients coming in to take money from insurance. They don't care about helping a child get therapy they need. They don't care for an autistic child to sit in a waiting room for 3 hours for no reason but to lie to a parent to sign a paper that the doctor isn't even licensed to sign. Please don't take your kids here.

I found Dr. Roque when my daughter was only 7 months old after going through pediatrician. I love the way they checked her and tested her to know exactly what she had and needed to get better and maintain health even with her conditions. My daughter is now 7 and Dr. Roque still takes her time to always figure it out. Never the less I need to mention her team is amazing they all know her and love her as much as she loves all of them. We feel like family.

Dr. Roque and Dr.Gomez are the best pediatricans ever. They were previously my pediatricians and now they are both my daughters. Wait time is the usual as in any doctors office you'll be in and out within 2 hours at most. Very clean and the staff is amazing. The same staff for many many years.

Dr. Roque & her Staff are the BEST I have 3 kids and my oledst is already 28 yrs old! He was seen by doctor Roque since he was 8 months old, So I been with them for the 28 yrs of Service and they been Great She is a doctor that really cares about her pacientes and her Staff are very Proffessional and also Friendly! I will rate for 10 stars because 5 is not enough for their Great Service!

Terrible service provided to patients and customers. Impossible to get reasonable appointments. Office staff lacks professionalism. They have always treated me with attitude and are extremely rude. I have a special needs child and every time I go there is an issue. The wait times are thru the roof. Last time I waited FOUR hours for my son to be seen only to be again completely dissatisfied with the service provided not only by the staff but also the doctor. My child had a terrible cough and she told me to just continue applying saline nasal drops. I waited four hours for a mis-diagnosis and lack of treatment. This time around Im sitting in the office. My appointment was at 10:30am. Several other people who have checked in after me have been passed and seen before my son. This is the last time I come here. I wholeheartedly do not recommend this doctor to anyone!!!!
