Dr. Keila Hoover, Family Practice Physician

I have been a patient for 10+ years. I even moved out of Miami and kept coming to the clinic. Four years ago, they moved to a new location and increased the number of locations. Dr. Hoover became Premium Health Care. The Office staff has always been extremely disorganized but it has gotten worse. The Medical (PA, Nurses) staff is now providing poor service. Rushing out to the next patient. Trying to sell you some extra service (allergy, etc) The times to hear the PT is gone. You make virtual appointment and they either do not call you or delete them. The office is SUPER unorganized and can NOT handle the number of patients they have. Yes they offer a lot of services but they aren't able to have a smooth working process. NOT recommend for any services. Dr. Hoover needs to become aware of all the issues her office is having with the patient. An established patient shouldn't need to wait for a month for their prescriptions and then have to call daily to have the office do their job. Super frustrating and I will not be returning or recommending this practice to anyone.

Unprofessional staff, unprofessional reception. I was there before my appointment about 10 minutes earlier, to see the endocrinologist but they told me after I arrived that the doctor is not here. Cane later the day after after they rescheduled me another appointment. The doctor spent less than 50 seconds with me!!!!!!!! No chance to ask, the doctor was Emilia Camilia

the whole process to see a PCP and have lab work done took 4 HOURS!!!! they are way overbooking their doctors or the front desk because even with 8 people working the front it’s still a mess… the wait for everything is INSANE! Even after you’re finally done they sit you down and it’s another 30 minutes to check out and finally leave!! The NP I saw was amazing which is the only reason I’m giving one star. Very sad this place is so unorganized.
