Dr. Buigas has been my Primary Care Doctor for years. She is amazing. Her staff has been awesome to me every time I’ve come in or called. I absolutely love Dr. Buigas.

Horrible, rude office staff, billing practices are dubious at best. Mediocre physician. Not worth a visit.

I think they are a bit behind on times. Everything is written; nothing is digital. They have no answering machine to leave a message or answering service. I tried her for a few years, but when I realized how overbooked she is and the amount of time it takes to be in and out, I was there almost 3 hours each visit, I realized it was time to break up with her. She has no help or additional nurses to follow up with lab results. They had the nerve to say I needed to follow up. Excuse me? When there is a new diagnosis, it is their responsibility to reach out to you! Is she friendly? Yes, does she care? I don’t think so because if she did, she wouldn’t overbook herself. Patients need to be a priority, and no one has 3 hours a day to wait to be seen. It’s a very strange place, to be quite honest. It's all about the money because they make a nice chunk when they change my insurance for any little visit. It's time to get with the times! Email your patients, do video visits for those patients who need a quick refill on a prescription, do follow-ups! Someone told me it's the norm in Miami to experience this with many doctors. Please do your research, meet with the doctor, interview them to see if you're a good match.
