This is the worst place!!! Never going back to this medical center, my first experience was Horrible , I had appointment
With Dr Carlos, and after wait 2 months for this visit, when arrived the front desk told me that Dr. Carlos have covid and i have to see another Dr. I don't remember her name however, she only read the papers of the results of my examen.
Now today I am calling again to have a new appointment with Dr. Carlos and the receptionist leave me in hold for 20 minutes , she transferred the phone call to another person and this person put me in hold for another 20 minutes more, I hang up the phone because my time is money,, and this people there are sitting in from of the desk,, destroying all kind of reputation that this Dr. Carlos can have it.
