Its an all day wait to get a procedure done in this place, it’s first come first serve and even if it seems like you’re 3rd in wait, if you’re lucky it’ll take you 3 hours. There should be a much better organization taken place, so people don’t have to waste their entire day when it could’ve been avoided with simple time management. I feel bad for the elderly people that end up having to wait for longer than I ever would either sitting/standing. Atleast put more chairs for them. But I truly recommend a re-evaluation of how appointments are managed. I saw very unsatisfied customers the days I’ve gone (never actually succeeding with an appointment) many like myself get up and leave after the 3rd hour, or many say they’re not coming back. I’m sure from a business perspective, though “harsh” of a review, it should be taken into consideration because I’ve experienced atleast 9 people in the two days I went complaining. I’ve never experienced such a wait for a dentist in my life.
