William P. Lamas, DMD - Periodontics & Dental Implants

My family and I've been going to this place for 12 years we started going when they were Gallardo & Lamas and in 2018 when they split we decided to go with Lamas. Yesterday April 8 I had to go feeling sick with a cold to talk personally with Cristina since she refused to reply to several emails and calls I've been doing since March. I was trying to contact her because I had to pay $262 months ago for some insurance problem that was fixed. When Cristina told me the balance I owed I immediately paid since I trusted this company and staff, I did not hide or avoid her as she did recently. However, I told her I would call my insurance to understand what was happening. After weeks of non-response as I mentioned I had to go personally with cold, wait for her while "she was with a patient" and be able to see her from the lobby how she finished her makeup in an office with transparent windows. When she finally approached to me and took me to an office she had the worst attitude possible. Even though we were in an office full of equipment with a computer and internet she still refused to open my emails to be able to show her what the insurance told me. I kept asking Cristina why she did not want to open my emails and why she did not reply to any email or call even though I always left her a message with someone and she just completely ignored me. Cristina did not want to explain anything at first she just assumed something and tried to convince me with a random reason. Thanks to my persistence she finally had to open my account where she found out that the insurance problem and balance that I was carrying on was from 2022! and we are in 2024. Cristina even found out that I have a positive $8.60 with them. I still don't understand why she avoided me, refused to open my emails, and did not want to do her job. I was not asking her to do anything extra of her duties. I don't know what her issue is but this was very UNRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. After going 12 years I've never experienced the worst attitude possible from someone that I do not know personally and her job is supposed to help my process over there. Unfortunately, I am going to take my last cleaning maintenance there to be able to say goodbye to Georgina who is a lovely person, and go back to Gallardo or another place where they care about the people and they are respectful.

I had an implant surgery one year ago, and waited for the results to write this review. I have to say that it was just a success! All my implants were done impeccably perfect, no pain at all, and super well assisted by doctor Lamas, assistants, and all other staff. I am so grateful and thankful that I fell into great hands. I heard that even people from abroad comes to Dr. Lamas due to his great reputation in his specialty.
