My grandson attends this facility. As a retired new born and NICU RN who was involved in Infection Control one of the first things I noted was the good hand hygiene that is emphasized. The Director, Ms. Delgado has hand sanitizers in safe key areas for staff and parents to use. The staff is on top of the children as far as hand washing at appropriate times. When I first enrolled my daughter at kindercare (she was 18 months old, now 4.5) I was in love with the center. Everything about it, the people , the teachers, the cleaniness, the food. Now, it’s a complete 180. It smells bad, the kids bathroom is always missing something, paper towels, lights, toilet paper. The food isn’t cooked there anymore. The teachers are great, though, that doesn’t change. Which is why my child is still enrolled. But half of classmates have unrolled already and I’m getting worried. You would expect a lot more from a private corporate daycare that charges and arm and a leg!
