The final product was really nice, hence the 3 stars but getting to that point, was not the smoothest transaction. They forgot to add the cost of the vinyl in original quote. Then it was verbally told to me on the phone that the vinyl was $7 per shirt, which I said fine. Upon picking up the shirt, the vinyl charges were $100 more than expected because they charge $7 per color. If all of this was explained better in the beginning this review wouldn't be written and I wouldn't have ordered this design. The wholesale cost of the tee was $10 and the final cost per tee came to $40.
There was a LANGUAGE BARRIER as well as so many phone calls back in forth causing a majority of my frustrations Hiccups in the cutting of the vinyl triggered several calls to me.
Again the overall shirt came out really nice, but the process could've been much better.

Big Frog of Miami is undoubtedly the most reliable company in the local community for fast, reliable prints and custom apparel design. They helped me tremendously to put together a top-quality custom design and print it in rapid fashion. I have nothing but trust and confidence in their company, and will be using them for all of my apparel printing jobs going forward. I highly recommend them to anyone out there.
