My first appt was at 10 AM. I had it on my calendar. I get a text confirming my appt but for 8:40 in the morning. I was a little angry that no one called me about the time change. I get here a little late at 8:42 and no one’s at the desk in either office I had to ring the bell. It’s currently 9:51 and 4 people have gone in before me already. I could’ve just come at 10 am at my original time. It’s my only day off. It’s been almost an hour and a half that I’ve been waiting. I just don’t get it, and I’ve been super super loyal myself and my mom who brought me here for the past 3 years. I love the dental hygienists and assistants and the doctor but something needs to be done about the wait times.
