    This is one of the worst phone plan service I have ever I seen please to anyone who is trying to get this dont waste your time nor money this is one of the biggest scam please dont waste your money

    I have been a customer for over 10 years....not anymore! I got a new SIM card to support the new network and 5 1/2 hours and 4 reps later still have no service. One rep YELLED at me and said it was my fault it didn't work and then I was transferred to "corporate office" and she put me on hold to investigate the problem for 40 minutes and never came back on the line. Just got an automated message about getting my transcripts that I never even asked for and the call hung up. So CUSTOMER SERVICE is something you WILL NOT experience with this company.

    Horrible service, purchased two new Net10 phones and I was told they are outdated they will have to send me a new sim card in 3-5 days. Oh don't worry it's free, they said. That doesn't help the fact that I use this phone for a business and now I won't have a phone for 5 days probably more. On the phone for hours and then transferred to 4 people. By the way the reception on the phone was horrible and I couldn't understand two of them. My phone went dead waiting to be transferred to someone else.

    you get NO stars from me.I purchased a Samsung phone and tried to activate it and i couldn't so i called customer service ,they said they would send me a up to date phone why did they send me a flip phone, and when i hen i called to asked if they can send me the phone i purchase the said no that this was the only phone they had in there warehouse but on there site the have Samsung phone and Iphone6 that there selling.. I am very DISAPPOINTED ..and you cant even post anything if you don't give them a star . but you know how i really feel
