Norwegian Cruise Line

Do NOT trust this cruise line!!!! I booked a cruise including airfare for 4 people (2 elderly) and was promised we would be on the same flight. Never happened. They conveniently changed their policy AFTER I had booked and failed to even mention or notify me. And their response was "too bad"!

I booked an anniversary cruise 7 months ahead of time. They booked airfare through Their affiliate . We had a connecting flight to the port to board by 2:00 pm . I even purchased their top of the line insurance policy in case of cancellation. Flights got delayed and was going to miss the ship . I canceled the cruise and filed the claim for my money back. They denied my claim even though it was no fault of my own that I had to cancel. The insurance company said Norwegion Cruise Lines would have to give me a credit for a future cruise . I never received it. They took my money Over 4,700.00 and never gave me nothing back . P L E A S E DO NOT USE THIS CRUISE LINE . Go to Carnival or any other one . Fair warning people.

"DO NOT TAKE THIS CRUISE LINE" THIS COMPANY IS THE BIGGEST SCAM COMPANY AND DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD AT ALL. WE HAVE TAKEN NORWEGIAN FOR A HAWAII ISLAND HOPPING CRUISE AND A ALMOST 20 DAY ALASKA VENTURE. OUR ENTIRE CRUISE GROUP WAS NOT EVEN ADVISED THAT OUR HOTEL HAD CHANGED AND EVERY PERSON SHOWED UP AT THE WRONG HOTEL AND HAD TO TOTALLY MOVE. HOWEVER, NORWEGIAN KNEW DAYS BEFORE THAT THE HOTEL HAD CHANGED BUT CHOSE TO NOT TELL ANYONE ABOUT IT !!!!!! NORWEGIAN CARES NOTHING ABOUT THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS. THEY OFFERED US A MINUSCUAL FEW 100 DOLLARS FOR ALL THE INCONVIENCE THEY CAUSE US. LATER, THEY RAISED THIS AMOUNT AFTER CONTINUED BACK AND FORTH. ONLY TO RECIND THEIR OFFER BECAUSE IT HAD A EXPIRIATION IN THE SMALL PRINT. HOWEVER, I COULD NOT USE THE CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT DURING THAT YEAR -- BECAUSE OF THE COVID-19 GLOBEL PANDEMIC. WHAT A SCAM !!!!!! I'VE NEVER SEEN SUCH UNDER-HANDED, UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY TO OFFER YOU A CREDIT FOR THEIR INCOMPETENT ACTIONS REGARDING A $ 10,000 TRIP WITH THEM - THEN OFFER YOU COMPENSATION ONLY GOOD DURING A GLOBEL PANDEMIC - AND FINALLY SAY "TOUGH LUCK" IT'S EXPIRED AND "SORRY CHARLIE". DO NOT USE THIS HORRIFIC CRUISE LINE THAT KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. "May Norwegian's Sail's fall to the Deck; and the Deck fall to the Sea Bottom"
