HORRIBLE!! This was “fixed” yesterday, one day later I took off the new cover to realize the back was cracked and the full back part of the phone is coming off. It’s actually worse then when I took it in. The phone has not fallen once since yesterday, how did it crack?? Because they did a poor and horrible job. I’ve called multiple time and no answer. Shameless!

I bought a phone cover for my new iPnone and two weeks after the rubber around the cover started separating from the rest of the cover. I went to this store and they said the could not do anything about it and the cost was $32.09. The quality of the cover is bad and the service of the sales person worse. I do not recommend this store nor the merchandise they sale. It is very cheap!!!!!

If I could give Minus 5 Stars.....I spent $25 on an Iphone Case and after 3 weeks it was broken....Of course they have the policy "No Refunds Only Exchanges within 7 Days" ......Dont buy here!!!

my boyfriend wanted to get his screen fixed from his phone. then he changed his mind and wanted his money back a few days later. HE NEVER GOT HIS PHONE FIXED at anytime that the days passed because he didnt have time to go because of work and school. he wanted to get a new phone instead but they wouldnt give him his money back. the girl there has a horrible attitude and told him that she would call security to get him kicked out because my boyfriend wanted a REFUND! it's ridiculous. my boyfriend wanted to speak to a manager and that wasnt an option neither. just horrible service. they owe my boyfriend 130.00. it's just not fair. we didnt do anything wrong to deserve that. they could have just used the same card to look up the transaction but they didnt do that. we also have the receipt so I dont know why they chose not to give us a refund.
