Bought my Dell Laptop back in 2015,last February it developed a RED VERTICAL LINE across the screen , i sent it to Dell to have it repaired on February 2021 , they had my Laptop for 30 days then i was told , they were going to send it back to me unrepaired because they dont have the part , i said OK fine . Then in April i got a call from Dell telling me they can repair my laptop , made a bunch of promises , so i sent my laptop yet again , SAME THING , they had my laptop for 30 days , then they said "We are sending your laptop back to you unrepaired because we dont have the part " , I WAS FURIOUS ! so i Said F..K IT ! and i looked for a repair place locally and to my luck i found 123 PC SOLUTIONS . Took my Laptop to them and in less than a week i had it in full working condition , they went ABOVE and BEYOND on making sure i was satisfied with their work and i am . I FULLY RECOMMEND 123 PC SOLUTIONS .
