I ordered one of Guayaberas Cubanas wedding shirts. An error in sizing and color was my fault, however, Ivis went to great lengths to get me the correct size and color in time for my wedding. Firstly I love the shirt but just as important was the service Ivis and Guayaberas Cubanas provided me. I would and will recommend them to any and all... Best wishes...

Worse customer service ever! Ordered almost $300 worth of shirts (2 shirts) from this company for our wedding. We waited for over two weeks for them to come into stock and this company charged us $16 for priority shipping. The package was never delivered even though USPS is stating it was and this company is saying there is nothing they can do! If they would have insured the package or required signature we would have at least had the opportunity to file a claim or received. It is the responsibility of the shipper to ensure the goods we paid for make it to us. Now we are weeks from our wedding and scrambling to find alternative shirts. I will make sure everyone realizes how this company does business and will make sure to dispute charge with our card company.
