I normally dont leave reviews but me and my wife were in town visiting from New York, I was talking to a friend of mine when entering the store at the time majority of the staff was great no complaints, but theres a upstairs and my wife and I started to make our way when she noticed heavy following by this one staff member I was to busy n the phone to notice at first but I then noticed when my wife said to me maybe its because thats her job so we turn walked to a different part there she is next part same thing just there not asking anything. So we started to head out and there she is following us down the stair to the door. I tried to not let it bother me and proceeds to flight club on our way back to the rental car I noticed she didnt move from the door, that when it hit me it was because I guess I looked like threat or something, Im the last one to say something and pull the race card but hopefully it doesnt happen to the next guess on their trip to Miami fashion district!!!

As other reviews have said, this store is on another level in terms of design to how you are treated in the best kind of way. I have browsed in other Louis Vuitton stores before, but I went in to the Mens Louis Vuitton store to make my first purchase and from the moment I walked in I was taken away by the design and detail throughout the store. On top of that I truly do not believe I was treated better in any store than I was here. Everyone in the store was really nice, but I want to give a special shoutout to Frantz. From the moment he introduced himself to my girlfriend and I, he was attentive, answered all our questions, and made us feel like we were just as important as anyone else walking in. He truly went above and beyond to give us a fulfilling experience and even though the item I wanted was not in stock in this specific store he was still able to order it for me. Im very much looking forward to visiting again! If I could give more stars I would!

Wonderful experience at an amazing store. Great addition to The Design District. The store is beautiful and has a great selection, was helped by Michael and he was phenomenal from the moment I walked into the store. Stop by and get yourself some LV you deserve it.

such an amazing expierience! Aside from the fact that this store is a work of art architecturally and its design, the staff is a reflection of it! They were kind from the moment I walked in and really made me enjoy shopping in the boutique. This store is an example of luxury and service! If youre looking for Louis Vuttion for men or women this is the store to go to!

What a great experience! I have bought lots of Louis Vuitton items in the past and this was top notch! I always loved coming to the Miami location and have used sales associates down here for years- but now with the Mens store I am even more excited! Frantz was amazing and very helpful! They dont pressure you into items you arent looking to get and are just trying to help you find an item you will love! I am excited to create a relationship with a great associate and a store that will Taylor to my specific needs and wants!
