        There is a serious customer service issue at this location. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted. Customer rep did not listen to anything we were saying and waisted an hour of out time making my husband try every style available in the store for fit reference. We ended up picking exactly what we came in for, but the size was not available. After confirming many times we needed 16.5 slim and placing an order to be delivered to the house, through the store, size 16 arrived 🤦‍♀️ Frustration and disappointment!
