Downtown Maid

I scheduled an appointment for 9:30am. After no one showing up at that time, I tried calling the company, send an email, messaged the number and no answer at all. At 10am someone showed up but still no one received my call. Apparently it was a 4 hour clean but when I came back at 12pm for lunch there was no one in my apartment ands still a lot to be done. After a bunch of missed calls, the person came back without supplies so they had to use my own supplies. Again, horrible experience and will never use this service again. I paid $189 for a service that is not the one being sold on their website.

Wonderful Service to work with and very professional. Really appreciated the constant communication the day of the cleaning. I'll recommend them to anyone running a short term vacation rental!

Downtown Maid is the BEST !!! First, their website and booking is VERY straight forward and easy. They respond VERY quickly and have been a joy to work with. Second, I am VERY pleased with the service. I've been able to have the SAME person each time. She is doing a FANTASTIC job of cleaning. I'm very pleased and will continue to use!!
