Finally - some decent soft serve in Miami! I am from the north east and I have always felt like there is a severe lack of soft serve places down here, so I was excited when I heard about this one. They also have hard ice cream, but they are known for the soft serve. I got the chocolate and vanilla twist soft serve on a cone with graham cracker crumble. It was good ice cream - nothing to write home about, but good! I would get it again, but I wouldnt get the graham cracker dust because every time I took a bite it would all blow away . Overall, the place has a nice vibe and is a great treat if youre walking around the design district!

They were pretty rude and dull with me, and seemed annoyed that I was asking about the vegan options. Why have options if you're not sure what they are or are annoyed when people ask? She said these are the options "i think"... I really hope what she gave me was actually vegan or else i'll be sick. The ice cream was also very pricey. I would recommend going somewhere else for ice cream, vegan or not.

The MadLab ice cream shop is located in a family friendly square with plenty of seating and photo opportunities.
