    I went to city on the recommendation of friends and I have been completely disappointed since day 1. The service was good but it is a way of making you fall and buy the products with them. I went for a room and dining room set, everything has arrived defects and that's it There have been several claims which they have wanted to solve by sending technicians to repair and it turns out that they are still broken because that is already a manufacturer's defect. It is a scam to want to make customers pay for products that have not been purchased for a month yet and are broken and repaired and do not want to accept returns or exchanges for new products or others that are not defective.

    I had the worst sales person ever at city furniture, Dolores close to Dolphin mall in Miami. I am specifying at the entrance that I would like to have someone else because I dont want to deal with her anymore. But guess what, we still bring me the same person who literally dont respect her customer over and over. Its not the first time and today she literally laugh on my face because I am explaining her that some water from a BOTTLE WATER fell on the rug and turn into a big stain yellow, and that water isnt suppose to turn yellow and stain like this. She literally laugh on my face telling me that I didnt get a stain insurance for the carpet I mean what does that means !! I wish we didnt have to deal with so many problems that we had with city furniture but today was the most we just end up cancelling the rest that was back up for months, months of waiting for nothing and we are just done.
