Edited: I have had two negative experiences with this store: the first time was when the saleswoman told us that we would have to buy a new phone for our phone that stopped working, saying that Boost Mobile had mid-month stopped service for all phones that had not upgraded to 5G service. That didn't seem right, so we called customer service who said that they weren't doing this and to return our phone to the manufacturer for free repair or replacement. The second time we went to buy a phone with prepaid credit cards and called ahead to confirm they would be accepted. We waited over 30 minutes to be helped by the same salesperson who misled us before, then another 30 minutes before being told (bluntly and without apology) by the manager that they wouldn't take these cards. We receive these cards from a special program to help youth. I understand that prepaid credit cards might not be secure and that salespersons are paid often on commission. We also realized we called the wrong Boost Mobile to confirm about our cards. Still, I wanted people to know and for this store to know so they can improve. Otherwise, Boost Mobile has great plans for those new to phones.

Didn't have many phones in stock as advertised and no info on restocking and no phone cases avail.
