Avoid this location at all costs! I rented a Uhaul truck from here, and they tried to scam me! I wanted to rent a truck for a few hours as I am in the process of moving. When Uhaul asked for an estimate of the mileage I would use, I remember putting 25 because the location was fairly close, only about 11 miles away. When I got to the store to pick up the truck, they told me that I put 50 miles instead of 25 and they would need to charge for me for that. This was the first red flag. I did not want to argue since I was on a time crunch and figured that whatever mileage I don't use would get refunded. However, I know that I would never put 50 miles considering the distance of the location. Almost a month later, I receive a receipt from the trip, and see that I am being charged for 526 miles. So this location is trying to scam me from $593.61. Mind you, I picked up the truck at 5:19 pm and returned it at 7:51 pm. I am positive one cannot drive 526 miles in 2.5 hours within the speed limit... I will be contacting and disputing this charge, but save yourself the headache and time, and avoid this sketchy location altogether.
