Do not go to this store. They will steal in front of your face if you are not careful. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT GO THERE. The "manager" Carlos is simply most cynical person you will ever  meet.

This place is a rip-off, my dad went yesterday to get his phone repaired, he had it replaced by the service person, and the phone was not workin. I think they probably tried slipping him a refurbished phone or something. He ended up going back 3 ADDITIONAL times to try to get it fixed and the phone just wouldnt work at all. He ended up having to buy a phone that worked from another store. When he spoke to the manager, Valentin,  the manager was rude, didn t know anything about cell phones and was very unprofessional and said Policy is no cash refunds. and said absolutely no way. my elderly dad is now stuck with a broken phone, with no return policy and out of over $100+. Horrible service, Horrible professional ethics.THis happened at their Other location on Bird Road managed by same guy and owned by the same person.
