I can confirm a 100% the negative reviews. Its exactly what I exspirierend with zezgo. Hands off, Even if the offer loos cheap, you end up far more expensive than with any other reliable provider.

If I could leave 0 star Ill do it. They are the worse. I reserved a car by Expedia, everything was good until i got there. They wanted to charge me $80 because i was 24 years old, which i understand. Then they told me insurance for the car is mandatory (first time in my life i hear that) $500 their insurance with $200 deposit and if i use my own insurance policy $2000 deposit and you have to show them proof of the insurance with all policies. After all that i told them i want to cancel, they dont help you. You have to call Expedia to see if they can refund you the reservation. When i did the reservation, nowhere in the contract they explained you have to pay for insurance. They wait until you reserve to tell you, insurance is mandatory. On the other hand the guy that was in the front desk Carlos didnt know how to explain anything to me, he was like 18 years old. Didnt know how to talk. Dont rent a car here please.

If I had to put the entire experience into one sentence: I feel like I was getting robbed. Online I purchased full protection but then they told me I had to purchase extra protection what was 20$ per day for basic insurance. I had to pay 15$ per day for the toll pass and I cant imagine that I came even close to that with all tolls collected. Then I had to pay a young drivers fee which is basically okey but they could have mentioned it online. But at least the car was really nice and they picked me up at the airport and brought me back there after returning the car

Terrible customer service with tons of hidden fees and extra charges. Youre better off with going with a name brand rental company.
