They are a confirm bait and switch outfit. Sad to say, they use to be reputable when I bought several cars from them, but now its not even worth the drive. Two separate incidents 1 year apart. First on the purchase of my Escalade. They got me to come all the way to the dealership. They did not even have the Escalade I wanted, when the said they did, and tried to convince me to change the my mind on the color and options. The salesman was honest enough to confessed he was lying to me. Well mean while they were doing the song and dance. I negotiated my complete deal with another dealership. Walked out and took the truck I wanted home from another dealership that night, even saved money! Today similar incident. Drove from Pinecrest to them. I called to verify they had loaners for service. It was confirmed they did. Got to the service center booked my service and waited an hour for a loaner. At the time of paperwork they wanted me to take a BMW 2 series for my family of 5!!!!!! Then they wanted to give me a X3. Meanwhile, I hear the service advisor that was right next to me, calling his buddy to come pick up a Tahoe he set aside for him. I spoke to the service manager and his reply was….”Its not my fault we do not have loaners”. I corrected him and said… it is your fault when your team made me drive here and waste my time. Walked out and he did not even make an effort to help.
