ABC Charter offers the worst customer services that a person could possibly receive at Miami International Airport (MIA). It only takes one company to degrade the reputation of an airport. Employee denied phone number where to call the company to form a formal complaint as well as his name upon asking (badge covered by Jacket). Not upon asking the Aviation Supervisor that I found out who he was since she had to personally go to find out. Unable to pay with debit or credit cards as "the policy of the company" is that you pay only with cash (as per same Employee who was apparently the one in charge). Also no explanation on receipt of what we are being tax on. Of course, upon searching online and calling the number no body pick up the phone. Where is the limit here? Up to what point should a better customer service be offered???
