This was the worst experience we have ever had. It started with the cost. One person said $65. And another said $55. And it had to be cash. Sounds shady right. Well we booked. The bus was in terrible shape broken seats and smelled. 3/4 of the way down we heard a big bang driver went and looked then kept going. It then broke down on a bridge and started to smoke and it filled the bus! They never said get off the bus but us passengers were freaked and exited it and started walking far away. Bystanders came and helped people out the windows. It then started on fire and burned up. Closed the bridge both ways for hours. Not a word from bus driver or helper on what we were to do or where to go. Not even an apology or check to make sure we all got off and were ok. Very irresponsible company. Still working to get my $$ back. DO NOT use them!!! RUN

The bus was very old and the driver was incredibly rude. Do not use this company.

They sell their tickets by saying luxury buses but the bus was really old and its AC was not working. Outside was 95 degrees and tour guide, Orlando, refused to stop for 10 minutes to get water while returning back to Miami.
