We had our guest bathroom remodeled and we couldnt be happier with the outcome. Leo and his team were very professional and patient with me since its hard for me to make a final decision. Leo offered several ideas and made the whole process very pleasant.We cant wait to remodel our master bathroom.

If I can give them 10 stars I would. Im the property manager for the building and hired 305 Florida Contractors to fully remodel one unit: bathroom, kitchen, flooring, stairs, lighting, sheetrock and paint. Their work was outstanding; they have excellent communication, workmanship, crew, and fast turn-around time. The building owner was so happy, weve now remodeled up to 4 units with them.
