After making my deposit on the dress I wanted; the store owners moved without a call or anything. I called and the line was dead so I searched the company up on Google, and the woman that answered said that she spoke to my family member (even thought the other woman who I suppose is the co-owner claimed that she TRIED to get in contact with me meaning she didn't speak to anyone at all to inform that they had moved places), turns out they have all the dresses in storage as of right now. Starting to feel uncomfortable at the fact that the dress could get lost or just not be there when I needed and that if I would have never decided to drop by the vet clinic next to the store I would have never realized that the store was empty. I decided to cancel and receive my deposit back. The woman said that she would not make any arrangements with me and that they gave no refunds? I checked the receipt and it does not have any refund policy printed on it nor does it say it anywhere in the store. The owner claimed to have called me more than a dozen times and that it just went straight to voice-mail. What a coincidence right? Now I ask if you are a professional company with a common sense the owner would have left a voice mail but she didn't I never received a call from her. She rudely told me that I was the problem in the situation and that she did not want to argue with me. I got scammed and lost my money i wish for this not to happen to anyone and I don’t recommend this business to anyone find another place.
