Same story as others. I ordered hard copy; never received it; was told I ordered digital; did not receive digital copy. Nothing on their business website even mentions digital copies. I have reported this to the Better Business Bureau but am not hopeful I will get any positive results.

My experience is identical to 15 or so others I have since read about. Ordered a physical book, never rec'd it. Company ph#s listed on their site are no good. Emailed them, they responded claiming they sent my book digitally. Not true. Finally got my money back after I filed a PayPal dispute.

Watch out for this site! I ordered a book only to find out it was a digital book. Nothing on the site alerted me to this! Of course, there was no refunds! Very disappointed!!
