Water Time Charter

I booked a charter tour with this company in mid July for San Juan, PR. While their state was still on lock down my friends and I were hopeful things mightve changed. To our dismay, the city ended up going on harsher restrictions and we had to cancel our trip and charter. Prior to booking I asked the agent about their cancelation policy, as I wanted to ensure no monies would be lost if we couldn't make it due to COVID-19. I also asked about a bigger boat if more people decided to join. She informed me a refund would be possible if I canceled and week prior and a bigger boat could be chartered with 2 weeks notice (as you will see in the screenshots provided below). Welp, as stated earlier, we had to cancel. When I emailed to inform them that I needed to cancel I was told it would be 120 days before I could receive a refund. Totally unacceptable. No where on their website was this policy stated, it wasn't on my invoice and the rep I spoke with via email never mentioned when we were communicating. I attempted to dispute the charge with PayPal, but unfortunately, charters aren't covered under PayPal protection. The Paypal customer service rep informed me that I needed to call the police. Needless to say, I have yet to receive a refund and I would NEVER suggest the company to anyone. We are a little over 30 days into my 120 days and if my refund isn't issued on the exact 120th I will be involving the law. *Book at your own risk*

Simply Amazing!!! We went for my wedding anniversary and had such an incredible time!! Our Captain was so friendly and he made our experience unforgettable! I highly recommend Water Time Charter to everyone who is interested in a yacht cruise!
