Shame on bmw for having a dealership like this. They lie to make sales and admit to it! When I chaplained they said you have to look at what you signed, rep says anything to make a sale . Last week I went for an oil change and they returned the car with a computer malfunction that now cost 4 k and they wont take any responsibility for it. The keep you waiting for at least two hours every time for service even if you have an appointment. Service advisor was actually a nice guy that unfortunately works for this company. Shame on bmw for doing business with these people.

After the service, someone took all the full quarters. Be careful when you get your service. it not fixed. they didnt do anything but just email. service is terrible. price is now twice from last company. its terrible place Updated: now another service i got I found they increased the service price a lots and they charged 3.5% for credit card

I bought a $18 bolt that I desperately needed for my mini,parts sale man told me if i order by 8 am i might received part by 11am 12am, i never received no call if part arrive or is back order, I decided to call this morning 2 days later ,per salesman computer was too slow for him to check for part, he told he will call me back never did i call again and now the answer was no invoice # can't help me,he didn't even try to find part under my name or phone # like every other dealer does, bad service for such a beautiful car dealer,lesson learned better off getting part at junk dealer than to wait days for a simple part, I don't recommend this place if you need parts fast, and better communication could've fix everything not acting like they don't care.
