I'm not happy with this company because we had a small incident that was never corrected when approached. They were charging my mother in law for black out $150 and for the canal it was $30 more, now when i spoke to them they charged me $216.66 for each black out and the canal which was regularly only $180. When i noticed this i called them and spoke to the owner about the situation hoping i would get the over charge back and she tried to speak around the price and the problem was never fixed. Im very upset with their customer service.

I HIGHLY recommend Blindecor!!! Before meeting with their owner-Anita, I had obtained 2 estimates. I was given their contact information by a neighbor who is a repeat customer. I decided on this company because from the moment they come into your home to give you an estimate, you just know they will deliver. Everything was executed exactly as they promised. In regard to the delivery, they are SUPER speedy, in one week! The other companies needed 6-8 weeks. Blindecor handles their own manufacturing and does not rely on third parties, they handle their own installation. They offer many decorating options and Anita gives great feedback and advice, she is also an interior decorator, so was a bonus. It is a family business and everyone involved is very professional and knowledgeable. Her staff are treated like family, and that says a lot about the quality of people. The install day was so impressive. They are very organized and really make an effort to respect your time and space especially with Covid precautions. They clean up as they work and leave everything spotless. I am a picky consumer, and I have to say that I was very impressed. I admire their work ethic greatly. To summarize: QUALITY PRODUCTS, GREAT PRICES, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY HONEST and ETHICAL. I have become a life long customer and will be using and recommending Blindecor!
