This store was by far one of the rudest experiences I've ran into. The only reason it doesn't get 1 star is because the manager greeted us very nicely when we came in & I've been here before and the lady I think her name is Aaliyah , has always helped us with our needs with the most welcoming heart. Other than that. The girl Jennifer definitely needs to work on her customer service Very rude with attitude entire time. I hope they can work on this

I love coming to this Sallys Because A Young lady named Aliyah is always so sweet, helpful & generous to me and every customer that comes in , she makes us feel so welcomed ! She knows so much about textured hair. Its so lovely to finally see an African American working at Sallys here in Miami!! We need more of our black women educating about hair !
