        The worst customer service ever. I called last week. They said they were busy and they would call me back. They never called. I called again and I asked about their professional headshots. They said they don’t do them even though their website says linked professional headshots for $99. Guy on the phone said we don’t do them, I don’t know where you see that and hung up. Did not try to find out why their website said one thing and try to fix it. Just hung up. It’s true what they say about their very poor customer service.

        Unbelievable photos and customer service. The entire staff makes you feel welcome and beautiful. I have had professional photos done by Image 1st twice, and each time they have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend!
