        Poor Customer Service. The person in charge of the department of Loan R ..... is always busy when you try to communicate with her. Does not answer phone calls. It's wasting time with them. She doesn't have time to explain the process.I definitely do not recommend this bank. There are other small banks and the customer service is excellent. Except US Centry Bank.
