My Jetta needed the 80k service and the check engine light kept coming on. I had called several other shops in the area and then I called Oscar. He was the first shop to explain to me what would be done at this service interval without me having to ask any questions. Then I explained to him what a dealership had done to fix the check engine light and first thing out of his mouth was, it was the wrong fix, you should ask for your money back. well that was over a year ago and not worth the effort but this was the first time a mechanic said that.
