As an experienced Insurance Agent working for many years I can tell that I had the worse experience with one of the members of this specific store. Her name is Marilia or Teresita Marquetti and I really do not know how she can have such an attitude working for a good company as it is Estrella. She is not professional at all . Very unprofessional and not educated. She put us on hold for 20 minutes without a proper explanation and I tried to ask her to not put us on hold again that her customer( tired of waiting already) and I would be able to answer all the questions to speed up the process. She got mad because I asked to give us attention and in a very nasty manner put me on hold without letting me finish and after that she hanged up. Then she called her customer and was very inappropriate as well. I just think she could learn some manners to work as a customer representative at a great company as Estrella Insurance. I have never had such a bad experience with a rep from any of Estrella's agencies.
