Absolutely do not use this UniVista insurance agency. I wanted to cancel my policy and they refused to give me information to do it. They said I had to come into their office personally to do so. I have cancelled other insurance policies with an email and especially with COVID-19 on the rise again in South Florida. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and Florida Department of Insurance to report this refusal to cancel based on me not wanting to come to their office in person.

Great customer service. I was in and out in 30 mins or less. They helped me get the best possible deal on car insurance. There are plenty of distanced seats to wait. And there is a nice, clean bathroom for customers. The whole office was clean and tidy and there were plexy glass shields on every desk as a barrier from customer to agent. So no worries here. Make sure you bring a mask and your car title 😎👍
