    Highly recommend them ! Damian was very helpful walking me through the process of getting a rental after my car had been hit from the back. My car was in and out the body shop within a week and looked good as new. I was very pleased with the service and the professionalism of D Auto Group. I give them thumbs up !

    DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I have a luxury car and these people only made it worse. I was stripped off parts of my BMW, the parts that were supposedly replaced (bumper,hood and door) were only repaired. When I asked for proof that he replaced my door he couldnt even provide me with valid invoices. The paint job to my hood was horrible and now I have a bubble. The paint job on my door was incomplete as well. The customer services absolutely sucks. The owner Damian is super unprofessional and never gave me a straight answer. He had my car in the shop for a MONTH and when I finally got it back, the work looked rushed and as the aforementioned, the work done, was absolutely horrible. There were parts that weren't even placed on right and instead of fixing it because is OBVIOUS that is not placed on right..they just left it there.

    I’ll begin by saying the actual body work was fine the quality of the paint job was acceptable. The main problem I had was that I requested a custom grill which Damian was ok with but had to order from China and after 6 months I never got it. After 6 months of excuses he ended up refunding me the money but it was a nightmare. This grill was delayed in delivery so he asked me to come pick up my car and come back when the grill arrived which I was ok with. I return my rental car and drive over to pick my car and the paint job is on a few runs but nothing major I was content. I go to get in my car and see that the head rest collision system had not been reset and my headrests are still popped out. His body shop guy had no idea what they were so had to wait for him to arrive. He gets there try’s to put them back but can’t manually so I need to leave my car and go get into a rental again. I go pick up my car the second time at the end of November. I don’t hear from him for 2 months then on January 24th ask about the grill and he says “oh yes must be there laying in my shop. On January 30th I ask him if I can come get it installed he says he’ll call me to schedule it. On February 7th I hit him back up and he says he will have someone reach out to me but never does. This goes on almost daily until February 20th when he finally tells me that the “grill was there so long they can’t find it”, allegedly he had to fire someone for loosing the grill and reorders it. I basically have to hit him up daily to get any info out of him he ignores my texts and when I try to call him he reply’s with a text giving me an excuse saying he’s out of town or some BS. Finally on April 5th he says he reorders the grill. That grill never showed up and he was never able to provide tracking for that order. He finally agreed to pay me the money my insurance paid him so I could go order the grill my self. It took me 2 weeks of constant texts and excuses to get that refund. Literally the worst customer service I have ever recieved.
