First of all I just want to say that I'm not the type to leave reviews. This is actually the first review that I ever leave a business, but I feel it's important to share my experiences. As for the store itself, it left something to be desired, things were a bit disorganized, they were in the middle of receiving new livestock, but half of the store and The dry goods were strewn about in no certain order. The tanks were okay, the fish didn't seem to be in bad condition, none dying or sick , just a few missing fins and the like. There was a large presence of asterina starfish in most of the tanks, covering the glass. Ive been in the reef and vivarium hobbies for well over a decade, I've been to aquarium shops not only all through Miami, but across the country itself. as far as the local stores like strictly, exotic aquariums, VIP reef, and Oceanview, I would unfortunately put this store in dead last in terms of organization, stock, variety, and customer service. The only redeemable thing about this store was the kind gentleman who helped me to take my water out to the car, he is the only reason I didn't leave a one star review. the young man working the register was simply rude. Curt with his answers to me, seemed overall bothered by my presence in the store. He was rude to me several times throughout my time in the store, all of which I simply let go. I'm not sure why he had such a negative attitude towards me, but it made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I suggest for everyone to go and have their own experiences and see the store for themselves, but I'm confident any of the other stores in South Florida would be a much better option overall. Thank you to the kind man who helped with my water .

Love the environment very friendly always helpful and always giving advice for my tank and they know what they are talking about and explaining they make our tanks perfects the services they do and prices for the services are fair love the store in general if I had to buy fish again it would be from here always have fish at great prices some expensive for salt but over all perfect that’s why I rate it 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‘S I’m here every week because of the help and how they do things to help always happy to come and buy supplies water or fish

Great shop great environment always giving advice and helping out with needs of our tanks and the problems that we come across I would say that this stores social media is best across LFS in Miami just over all amazing work they do and the service is perfect.
