We are beyond thrilled with Fuse Specialty Appliance, and our purchase of a True Residential 48" refrigerator and an adjoining wine column. In particular, Daniel Zuniga, our account manager/ sales rep was absolutely outstanding, and showed us the utmost care & concern and made the experience truly a great one. My husband and I had been eyeing True appliances for some time, and always thought they were special, so we were excited to finally make the decision to switch from our "go to" Sub-Zero, to the True Residential brand, which we felt would give us a bit more pizzaz in the customization realm. With them, you are able to select from a range of beautiful hardware (handles, hinges, etc.) and/or different colored panels. Also all the insides are stainless as opposed to plastic, which makes them really beautiful and high quality. Fuse Specialty Appliance was the only dealer we wanted to work with...and we are happy we did.
The customization (in our case chrome hardware) takes a bit longer...but totally worth it in the end. When I started to get nervous that our appliances would be delayed, Daniel swooped in and not only reassured me that everything would be fine, he also made sure to communicate constantly with the team at Fuse & True Residential to make sure they would arrive expeditiously. He was super patient and kind with me, and behind the scenes, he was always working to facilitate the success of our order. He coordinated the delivery & installation soon after their arrival and....wow! The installers worked hard to make sure everything was perfect. The 3 of them were phenomenal! We are just so pleased and will now spend the next few days learning about all the bells and whistle. Already we are delighted to find out that the wine column is backlit with a choice of pretty much any color you'd like. You can change from white to match the fridge, to red, orange, yellow, green, blue, or purple. Anyway, I could go on, but suffice it to say that Fuse & True are top notch all the way. One last special shout out to Robin from True who was really kind and helpful. Thanks, everyone!

The staff was very helpful however the sales person who we have bought several appliances from was too busy to return even one of our many calls. Made it difficult to get inputs on what appliance would.be best suited for us. After we decided on our own the follow by the staff was very helpful and good.

From start to finish, sales to install, it could not have been better. Will always go Fuse for my appliance needs and already recommended to family.
