        I've been living here for 3 years, coming up on my 4th year in November. The complex is well kept and maintenance resolves issues right away. I have the same neighbors from downstairs for many years and have never had a complaint. The only recent complaint I have is that the new tenants do not clean up after their pets. This has been the issue, recently. Aside from this, I feel safe here. In the years that I have been residing at Riverwalk, my rent increased once and not by much. I love my residence. I recommend it.

        Horrible place to live. Cockroach infested and very unsafe. The staff is unprofessional and rude.

        Lovely place to live! I have lived 3 years in this community with my mother in the first floor of the F building! The staff is nice and professional. The computer lab, gym, and pool is clean. I really like the little play area in the gym for the kids. I also like the park, dog park, and BQ area! I really like living here. :)
