        Management is terribly bad. Constant last minute notifications, last minute repairs, with an incompetent, inexperienced manager. Room is poorly ventilated with lacking stovetop vent and poor AC. The gate consitently slams by restless, unruly neighbors. Laundry machine remains broken for months while the pool area is dirty. You are only paying for walkability.
